Company will fire you at a moments notice without warning. Unaware of laws prohibiting the "firing" of those covered by the disabilities act. Management will not approve your vacation time for weeks. They will just leave it sitting in queue. Underpaid and will raise you by cents when its time for review. Company praises your work one minute and lets you go the next. No structure. Company will let go of or people will quit and they will not hire anyone to take their place, will just expect the workers there to pick up slack.
