The members are the best reason to work with ProVisors. It seems most colleagues get along well and have formed bonds that last well beyond their tenure with the organization.

Svantaggi

Lack of vision and proper execution from the highest levels down. Job functions change frequently and changes are not well thought out. I have heard many horror stories from the longer term staff. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. There is no loyalty or feeling of value to staff by upper management which is why very few stay. I did not work there long, but long enough to see there is a real culture issue. Work environment can feel hostile, with everyone seeming on edge.

I am deeply sorry to hear you had this experience. I am the new CEO who took over in January of this year, and I really hope that the new culture we've been creating makes for a better workplace.

Significant improvements in management have occurred in more recent years. staff retention rates are much higher than they were years ago, which makes better teams. effective communication of policies and procedures. Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

Svantaggi

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.
