Significant improvements in management have occurred in more recent years. staff retention rates are much higher than they were years ago, which makes better teams. effective communication of policies and procedures. Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.

The support I’ve received at ProVisors has been unparalleled compared to any other employer I’ve had. That speaks volumes, as I’ve been fortunate to work for some incredible companies and teams. I have not experienced any cons. The company seems truly invested in our employees as well as our members that pay for our services.
