I'm a long-time manager here (not the CEO or in HR), and I make no bones about it. We have seen major improvements in the company culture over the last 2 years, and I'm pleased with the changes that have resulted. There's a lot of talk in these reviews about low morale (mostly from older reviews). I think we've made real strides in this area. I'm way more charged up to be here than I used to be, and I think I have plenty of company. One great thing is that new applicants get the chance to talk to current staff at multiple levels in the organization as part of the interview process, so they can make up their own mind about what it would be like to work here. My understanding is that our health care coverage and the two week paid holiday break are regarded as key perks.

We're growing, but not as fast as we'd like (yet, though it's picking up). Because of this, it's not as easy to advance internally as we'd wish. We recognize it as an issue and are keen to improve it.

Incredibly stressful and toxic environment. There's constant yelling and cursing by management at employees. There are no cubicles so everyone hears when someone is getting screamed at. Management is always trying to find someone to blame for simple mistakes (such as answering the phone incorrectly or typos) and they go ballistic over them. People walk out upset or crying all the time. Most people would say that Sales normally have a high turnover rate, but this place is incredible. They have 3 Sales Associates and are constantly trying to fill those positions because of the high turnover rate. I constantly see them posting for Sales positions on Craigslist. During my half year there, i saw 5 people come and go just from the Sales dept alone. The other departments would take bets on how long the newbie will stay. Oh and for those of you who love using Microsoft Office, you're gonna have a bad time because this company ONLY uses Word Perfect from Corel.
