Senior management have little to no idea of what happens day to day and what is needed to keep the services running. Currently on a rampage of making talent and experience redundant, favouring replacing with cheaper employees in the Philippines. Think you’re indispensable? You probably are, but they won’t care. Major lack of support provided by the company. Senior management often make strategic decisions that then get changed mere weeks/months later.
