We have a fantastic team of talented individuals working for Proactis across the globe and encourage team members to share ideas and become involved in the wider development of our business. For those that would like to develop, there are many exciting projects taking place that they can be part of. Team members are not expected to work additional hours, unless this is something they choose to do – we know that everyone works in different ways and we fully support this. We are committed to giving everyone the opportunity to develop, enhance their skills and experience and progress their careers and have processes in place to support this. We also offer opportunities to move between different business units, functions and locations and a competitive benefits package that gives employees access to different types of benefits and rewards, not always of a financial nature. Our Employee Engagement Survey and other mechanisms provide platforms to share feedback and shape future plans and the leadership team are always open to receive suggestions at any time. We have over 1000 enterprise customers and 2 million supplier customers that use our solutions around the world. Our customers are why we are here and play a huge part in driving our product strategies and making sure that our solutions are fit for purpose through participation in advisory groups and other research channels - they help us create new products, new features and to test them. We have social teams representing each office that create social programmes that reflect the requests they get and, when we can, several offices come together to deliver shared social activity. As a result, this activity has helped to raise money for good causes, improved team working and generally put a smile on people’s faces!
