- Staff are out and about visiting properties all day, this is not your average office job.
- Really easy to get the job
- Training is not difficult (you are simply left to read manuals and documents)
- Other staff are very friendly
Svantaggi
- Management are very unprofessional
- There is very little communication between management and employees
- Management evade questions and responsibilities
- Management hold a disposable approach towards staff
- Poor training
- Aggressive contracts. These are written to put all liability on employees - wages can be with held to cover £750 excess on insurance claims for anything the company pursues. Wages can be with held to "cover training costs" if employees leave within the first 12 months. 9 month initial probation period.
- Summer hours are not advertised clearly or mentioned from the start. Six full days a week.
- Very high turnover of staff (During my time with the company they averaged a minimum of one member of staff leaving every month)
- Very little job security (Staff are regularly told if they don't like something, they know where the door is)
- No opportunities for progression (Due to the nature and size of the company there are no opportunities to progress within this company)
- Told upon starting with the company that everyone starts on the lower advertised wage and can work their way up to the higher wage in time. There are no procedures in place or time scales to track or measure this.
- Employees are all paid a different wage regardless of experience or work load
- No feedback from management
- Some of the tasks are incredibly arduous as the computers are very slow and regularly bombard you with pop ups that the software is not genuine.
