-The company is less than 2 years old so there are still operational issues from time to time
-many processes are still being built out
-There are a lot of service offerings for a consulting company this size which makes it hard to really narrow the focus. We may be doing too much.
-1099 work so no benefits but I don't expect that with a self-employed consulting career
