Procaccianti Group is a dynamic and rewarding company to work for. While the pace is fast Senior Management is always ready to spend time advising and directing employees. The company is very much structured around working as a team and as such there is never a time where you are left to deal with problems by yourself. The majority of employees are long tenured and are always available to offer advice and direction to new employees. If you are looking for a dynamic organization with significant career growth opportunities you will not find a better place to be employed.

The people I worked with were good, hard-working people.

This company pay rate is well below industry standard. They also do not offer PTO first year in, that's just ridiculous in my opinion and sooooo old school. Benefits were nothing to brag about, goals very difficult to reach, lord knows the company doesn't want to pay people anything! So glad I left this company and didn't spend too much time with them. I found other hotel organizations better suited, better paying, better benefits, actual work/life balance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
