I’ve been here for about 5 years now and it’s been one of my best professional experiences thus far and a great journey. It’s a Growing company that rewards its employees that work hard, show initiative and are team players. I started out as an analyst and have been able to grow and catapulte into a senior consultant in a relatively short time partly due to their acknowledgment of hard work dedication and talent, partly because they encourage learning, certification, and professional development programs, and partly because of their organic growth. They offer benefits including matching 401k, few days work from home weekly, adequate vacation, work from home fridays in the summer, and smaller perks like catering lunches and taking teams out for birthday lunches, etc.

Office location is right in the heart of the princeton area with easy access to Route 1, turnpike, train, 295/95.

It’s a google like open office so it may get loud at times but there’s Conference and focus rooms you can jump into for meetings, quiet time, etc
