      Prochant believes in work life balance. They understand that sometimes you have personal issues that need to come first but then other times it's all hands on deck to work through a work crisis. I love working there.

      Management switches all the time and gets worse with each person. Compensation is way under market value and the the work load unmanageable. You're a number.
