- No doubts product is great so as the tech team who works relentlessly to enhance features. - Customer success team puts their hearts out to build traction on the platform and drive value for the clients

Svantaggi

- Co-Founders are immature and you can feel it every now and then. - Bragging too much on the core values but not following anything at all. - Sales team sells it like a vegetable seller on streets. - Customer retention rates are very bad, false promises and no support. there is no magic stick to make savings. - Once sold will not be taken back attitude. - Salaries are not on time - no work from home, incentives, and job security. - questions have consequences. - HR team = CCTV camera - employee count goes upto 100+ rarely and maintained smartly to 75-80. - focus area changes very frequently and nothing works at all few examples Pro-Capital [Fintech], Pro-Discover [Marketplace], Scrap [metal aggregating] etc. etc. - Even employees who joined this company in the very early days are no longer with the company. Read this twice and decide your next steps.
