Even when following up with documents or timesheet approvals/submissions, everyone is dedicated in delivering exceptional service.

We're growing too many too fast. There should also be more co-op opportunities (whether in management, legal, administrative, etc.). That way, you can provide experience to new graduates and assess the potential for future talent.
