Procom employs solid process and strategies to allow for quick and decisive action in an ever changing market. Despite the recent downturn in Calgary, Procom has continued to grow and succeed while hiring some of the best talent in the city. Procom has always believed in doing business in an ethical and transparent manner with both contractors and clients which is why we have a very high retention rate.

      Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.
