The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.
