Small company, limited opportunity for growth, there is opportunity, but it is limited.

Working at ProComm, they teach you to think for yourself. You are able to come and go as you please and as long as you get your work done on time, your schedule is your own.

Upper management is a pack of women. Anyone that has ever worked with all women understands that it makes for a stressful situation. The politics in that office are beyond belief and even if something is a lie, there is nothing you can do because there is no one above them.
