Terrible Company to work for. Micromanagement, toxic management (favoritism, poor guidance), high pressure leading to burnout, lack of work-life balance (late nights, weekends expected), and internal politics/cronyism, despite perks like free food and smart colleagues, with experiences varying greatly by team and manager, often described as "cutthroat" or "anxiety-inducing".
