-The general gossip and chatter throughout the office is extremely toxic -Unrealistic expectations for hours worked -Massive workloads, adding more and more job duties without compensation -Inadequate staffing despite pleas from multiple levels of leadership -Only 6 days per year of PTO given, no holidays off for the lab, very poor medical insurance and dental. -Pay is some of the lowest in the industry, other companies paying over double the salary in the same area with full benefits -No formal training structure and unsafe lab staffing conditions. -Ethically debatable business practices
