Work life balance was pretty good

Would definitely avoid working here. Leadership tries to do too many things at once, there is zero company direction. Employee compensation has to be in the 5th percentile or below. Not sure how they are supposed to retain a revenue or stay above water in the next 1-2 years. Their top customers are all heading for the door.

Minimal - handful of good employees.

This place is a disaster. Revolving door of management folks along with a weak expensive product. No one could solve their biggest problem which is a lack of interest in the product and inability to generate demand.
