- CEO is uninspiring - CRO focuses so much on what a company should do in an ideal dream world that the real world and how a company should act, respond, and care for their employees is commonly and actively fought against or an afterthought. Routinely, apologies follow. - Communication and enthusiasm within teams is great. Between teams is a struggle - cases of "us" vs "them" is common.
