There is no micromanagement here, they won’t keep track of the calls you make or the emails you've sent. You are provided with great training, resources and the freedom to recruit with your personal touch. The location is amazing, you can work from home, they do a lot of fun activities, they go for drinks often and they just know how to have a good time while working hard.
