Great co-workers in the recruitment industry are too few and far between, at Prodigy Bank everyone from Management to Recruiters are amazing individuals. There is no micromanagement here, they won’t keep track of the calls you make or the emails you've sent. You are provided with great training, resources and the freedom to recruit with your personal touch. The location is amazing, you can work from home, they do a lot of fun activities, they go for drinks often and they just know how to have a good time while working hard. If you want to be apart of a team that works on cool jobs, laughs a lot and be around very experienced recruiters who will help you become the best recruiter possible, you want to be at Prodigy Bank.
