      The company and the people are great. If the review was purely based on the people that make the company, it would be 5 stars. Everyone cares about their role and tries their best.

      There have been multiple issues over the past couple of years that some feel could have been prevented with better management decisions. The communication from leaders is also confusing and unaligned. An email will be received stating one thing and a completely different policy would be implemented. Some people in the office gossip and whisper.

      Pay is lacking. Pay to responsibility ratio isn't that great. Upward movement is very limited, you will have additional responsibilities added to your current position, and opportunities to move up are few between. Insurance benefits weren't great. Stressful. Lots of travelling
