- Very high turnover of staff -> Lot's of students and new graduates working. Low pay. Not a good place to advance your career. People that start working at Prodrive are usually new graduates and after gaining enough experience they leave the company for a better job and higher pay. - Encouraged to work over time. People that are given promotions are the ones usually working over time. - No structure in teams. Very normal to see project groups without a team leader. Causes a chaotic environment and makes it difficult to integrate. - No definition of success. Due to extremely flat hierarchy your advancement in the company depends on the opinion of your supervisor and how much your team mates like you. - Although the factory consist of internationals the engineers' offices are not the same. Majority are Dutch and people are reluctant to speak English.
