The company works only for the interests of the boss. Customers and employees are the least of the business problems and they are perfect for getting screwed: it's normal to give at least one hour a day of overtime,that will never be returned or recovered; it's normal to work when you are sick or injured: there is no training growth and normally the work experience of each employee does not last more than one year.
