PCI has a supportive staff and good collaborative environment. I did a variety of work that let me broaden by experience.

There are a lot of different clients and priorities to juggle and they change often. This is largely the nature of the contract development business.

Despite the difficulties we've had with management, I've had the opportunity to work on some truly exciting and impactful projects here at the company. It's been a great learning experience, and I'm grateful for the chance to be a part of something bigger than myself.

During my time at the company, I observed that the President was often arbitrary in their decision-making process , which made me feel uneasy about the direction the company was heading in. I felt trapped in my position because I didn't want to be associated with the potential negative consequences of the President's actions. Furthermore, it was frustrating to see that some of the decisions made by the President appeared to be a waste of resources and time, which could have been used to more effectively towards achieving the company's goals.
