Avoid Working Here. - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Engineer presso Produktworks Design

The company has a very flat structure so every full-time engineer gets to lead multiple projects. While working here, I got to complete over a dozen projects in a wide range of industries and gained invaluable experience. I learned far more in my first six months at Produktworks than I did in four years of engineering school.

A lot is expected of you and there isn't a large safety net. It is challenging and stressful work but if your goal is to grow as an engineer and do meaningful work, it's worth it.

Loved working at Produktworks. Work was challenging and engaging because of the nature of working with different projects and you got ownership of your part of the project. Office outings and lunches were great to socialize and build trust and chemistry within the team. Salary is fair. Parking bumps going up in the building at Public Lofts everyday can take a toll on suspensions.

Can at times feel like the leader is missing in action while he's out. Internally though, team is quiet during the day, and possibly afraid to speak up if needed.
