Account Managers truly work to identify roles aligned to skill set and financially commensurate with experience.The management at Prodware Solutions advocated for me. From negotiating a better salary rate, to checking up on me regularly to see how things were going. I've never experienced this with a contracting company. They always pays on time. Responsive recruiters which check in regularly to see how things are going as well as to see if there is anything needed.
