      I worked as an intern at Profinch for 5 months. Then, I decided to join them full-time. It was a good beginning for my career, as my coworkers are friendly and the work environment is nice. A supportive leader and a good, understanding team are crucial, and Profinch has both. Being at Profinch has helped me improve my skills and learn new things. The organization supports individual growth, and I have found even the senior leaders to be accessible. Directly working with them on many projects has helped me learn faster and excel at what I do.

      Salaries were not credited on time due to demerger. This issue is resolved and now salaries are being credited on time as promised by them.
