It's a workplace with a strong culture and lots of growth opportunities. Sales, operations, and IT teams work closely together. Managers are friendly – it’s okay to make mistakes and ask questions as long as you’re willing to learn. The job suits me fine because I enjoy dealing with data, process improvement, and CRM systems.
