Some companies rush to grow and they experience great risk as a result...but Profound has remained resolute to provide state-of-the-art solutions to our community in a staged approach that insures that they provide a fully-integrated solution for their clients.

      While growth is great, there's a reason that a concept exists in business and personal life about "growing pains". As the company grows in employee size, client size, and solution size, a more structured environment becomes necessary. While changes are exciting, they are usually a basis for frustration to some or all.

      great leadership and culture with a strong PMF.

      The market is shrinking each year, but still a large prospect base. So right now not a lot of cons. i will say AI is changing the game.. tough to know at this time if it is a con for this space.. I think it's probably a pro at this point.
