No Strategy or Vision - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Progility

Unfortunately this company does not have the leadership team required to build and move this business to the future. The reliance on R&D implementation which is outdated, leads to the business consistently chasing its tails. There is little to no real vision or strategy to build growth. Unfortunately the micro-managing from the top down, instils as sense of hesitation to push through change from those employees who do have the professional knowledge. The business needs a complete overhaul within its leadership team.
