It's a good place to get experience to go elsewhere. There isn't too much supervision, and the marketing department is separated from the rest of the company since most of the company is really in India. The sales and training people are in the US but they are remote and don't work with marketing very much.
Svantaggi
It is difficult to market software that looks very old and isn't explained very well by engineering. The company is basically an overseas company with a minimal amount of workers in the US. It's not a market leader and doesn't invest much in marketing. There's not much communication with other departments. They compete with much larger companies who are much better.
