PBC does a great job of facilitating team support while allowing for individuals to manage their work independently.

Work volume can be very high at times and require additional hours.

I moved from the carrier side to PBC and worked there for just over 5 years. I was challenged everyday and I’m completely grateful for it as it kept work exciting and groomed me to be a skilled broker. I was recognized for my achievements and advanced at the pace I expected. Management is great and always available as a resource. Benefits and work life balance are very competitive to the industry.
