Leadership treats staff as full people. Supervisors do a great job of recognizing and celebrating accomplishments. Opportunities for cross department work.

Compensation commiserate with industry, but industry in Seattle as a whole does not pay enough for those living in the city.

Positive, mission-driven work. Well known local organization. Recent changes to leadership team have reinvigorated the work.

No downsides - just the ongoing work of a non-profit!
