1.Micromanagement 2.time tracking.You will be tracked and will be giving explaination for every 15 20 mins of system idle time 3.They will track you even in social media 4.They will give you gifts or certificates at times and force you to post it in LinkedIn and giving good feedback 5.Nothing professional here If you are a fresher then you can join the company but it’s a big no if you are in mid level or in senior level 6.For time tracking they will give explaination that company is giving wfh so they track it.I would rather say u r giving wfh because you don’t have offices and you are saving crores in not leasing office spaces in multiple places of India.It’s better to ask employee to come to office than to track every 15-20 mins of idle time
