The company is committed to its existing clients, new clients and to creating a great company with productive, inspired employees. Senior management is very focused on building and expanding and including its employees in the growth. They are incredibly transparent for an asset manager. Benefits are generous. Salaries are competitive.

Nothing out of the ordinary for an asset management company that is competing against bulge bracket giants.
