Poor salaries...don't expect anything near MPS, SEN allowances, TPS. Top heavy management. More being added regularly. Many without school teaching experience. Poor support and lack of understanding from SLT. Toxic managers - they believe their own hype! 3 weeks summer holiday!! Expected to teach GCSE subjects not qualified in.
