Not enough time even give a portion of the cons! The sales managers encourage the favorites to physically stop you from taking on a new customer. They will call all salespersons to the managers or the F&I people are not making enough money, they simply put the gross on the back end of the deal so you are lucky to make $100.00 per sale. They do not stand behind their promises or warranties. The price of each vehicle is solely based on your credit. Do NOT let them run your credit or know how much you make until you get the price of the vehicle you want!!!! I've seen it vary by as much as 25% based on credit. I'm not talking about the interest rate (that's normal) I'm talking about the price of the same vehicle. When they have no customers, they take it out on the sales team. Just a very crooked company to work for and buy from. Worst career choice EVER!
