1. Weak performance appraisal system. Increment been decided based on each position requirements to the company and ongoing projects instead of personal capabilities and performance. 2. Staff being assigned to different positions without giving chance to express their opinions. Very high level of position/department rotation especial the public relations officer post. 3. Lack of skills upgrading opportunities. Training been given only if it’s the mandatory training of existing project.
