Awful - Recensione dipendente - Registered Respiratory Therapist presso Progressive Health

The doctors here are in it for the right reasons. I won't mention names, but I have so much respect for how they do the work. It's one thing to treat people, but to treat them with compassion and doing extra just because it will help; something I've rarely experienced in a for profit system. People hear clearly have to run a business, but they go the extra mile to help. It's undoubtably a moral boost.

There's no growth financially, nor is there benefits. If there is, I'm not aware of any.

Interesting work environment and great coworkers. On-site manager was great too. Able to transfer internally to other locations a plus as well.

Lack of direction from upper management. The pay is low compared to other similar companies. Lack of professionalism from upper management. Don't get PTO payout unless you've worked here for 3+ years. Health benefits aren't the best.
