Most of "cons" of working here are simply customer related. It is a call center environment where 80% of the calls you get involve upset customers, sometimes even screaming, irate customers. Not to be judgmental, but Progressive is a NO CREDIT NECESSARY company. It is built for people that have very poor credit, which results in low-income, low educated customers. You can explain things all day long coherently, intelligently, and legally to a customer and they will still be mad. BUT honestly, it is a great company, the pros far outweigh the cons, if you can handle upset people on the phone and pretend you understand and care, that's really the only "Con" I can think of.
