Great people to work with. I never dread going to work. I look forward to the challenges that present themselves every day. Management seems to value their workforce and have a sense of job security. The owners of the company are involved every day and good people to work for.

Management sometimes has a hard time letting employees go who shouldn't be employed.

Flexible schedules, work on exciting projects, smart and hard-working co-workers and leaders.

Depending on project flow, some departments may get slow at times but there is lots of opportunity to help in other areas and grow.
