It’s impossible to get ahead here due to people stealing your deals or having people come off your book before you get to the 5k mark. The competition here is ridiculous. Very few other staffing agencies work like this. Please go somewhere else if you pay your own bills and are trying to make it independently like myself. They will lie to you and tell you you will get ahead within a year. False, maybe 5 years.
