Poor leadership, lack of communication from upper management. Supervisors and leaders unapproachable. Working here changed my personality for the worst. Managers and supervisors (and some staff) are not afraid to throw you under the bus. Be very careful working here. They watch every move you make and are extremely quick to criticise but never to help. Very sad indeed.
