upper management is entirely non responsive to the needs of the organization as a whole. they have seemingly forgotten what the mission is, or are not committed to the mission and are only interested in people licking boots. there is an overwhelming culture of fear, with retaliatory and weaponization of the disciplinary processes, summarily firing people without notice or warning, and being outright hostile to any feedback that isn't glowing of them.
