No collaboration and effort to support one another among the administrative and programmatic staff. Too much bureaucracy and rules that have been in place for 15+ years that doesn't allow for innovation, creativity, efficiency and progress. Most people stay in their work silos and have no interest in helping one another and improving things. There is no sense of morale and no sense of "team". I also did not receive any training when I started my position.
