Large clients due to the connections of their founder, some exciting opportunities! Really nice junior team

Zero career progression, all the senior staff in place and no room for juniors to grow. Highly hypocritical environment. Staff claim to want to create a more equal / better world but these values were never put into practice. All the management disregarded and little time for people whom they didn’t deem to be valuable to them.
