Absolutely no pros at this job. Obviously better have this job than no job, though.

Toxic work place, lots of micromanagement. C-Suite has a ton of ego. Pay is below average, not good for Boston. They even fired all the black staff.

The pay is decent, though not if you compare to corporate consulting or even other nonprofit consulting

Terrible leadership! They are overconfident in the work they do and run the place with a very corporate, hierarchical mentality. They do not treat staff well. There was a whole linkedin article in 2023 about the racism and other forms of discrimination at the company
