Get ready to play multi functional role because their is lack of hierarchy in the company or in simple words - strength is little little low . You might get a chance to play a role way different from your qualification . The company heads are good as people but lack professionalism .

1. Employees are good but - "only employees " :| 2. Its hard to get a new job if you are a former of this company . 3. Salary increment is not up to the mark . 4. You might have to work from home even after office hours . 5. They are the biggest cons themselves ( please don't mind ,but its hard truth ).
